Five Sources of Suffering (They're Not What you Think) Thursday, September 2nd- Learning the five categories of thought (vritti) - Chanting led by Jack and Soorya (kirtan) - Guided meditation (dhyana) - Yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) Together we will learn how the types of thoughts we hold directly impact our health, mood and well-being, as well as give us important information about how to successfully engage with the world. We have been studying and practicing Yoga & Meditation since 1971. When we met we were both Yoga teachers. Many years later we have been fortunate to support ourselves by sharing our practices with others. That means over 32 years of living and working together every day. Most recently we are writing a book revealing our process. We have coined the term 'Space Gypsies' to describe those who know themselves to be world citizens, fascinated by the unknown and lovers of the Vision of Oneness. We invite you to join us in our process. Whether Meditation Days, Family days, individual coaching or classes and seminars - we love being with awareness. From November through April this year we will live in Ocean Ridge, Florida traveling the East Coast teaching . From May through October we reside in Vancouver, B.C. Canada traveling the West Coast teaching.
